A fully compliant climate testing facility with the knowledge and experience to help manufacturers fulfill their regulatory compliance demands is Infinita Lab. We have a broad range of climatic test capabilities. An overview of our numerous capabilities is provided below.

  • A test of altitude. Altitude and temperature/altitude are two of the altitude testing options we offer.
  • Testing for fungi. The range of Infinita Lab’s fungus testing capabilities is very broad.
  • Moisture testing. Several chambers in the climatic lab can produce a range of humidity levels. Nearly any size test item can be accommodated.
  • Testing for icing and freezing rain. We provide efficient and precise ice testing using a temperature chamber and ingress protection gear.
  • An immersion test. The tank we can use for immersion testing has a depth of 16 feet.
  • Testing for Ingress Protection (IP). Testing IP Codes is a lab specialty that uses sophisticated test tools to cover every IP Code.
  • Checking for salt fog. Three salt-fog chambers can be found in the lab. Six-foot test items can fit in one of the rooms.
  • Testing for solar radiation. We can use different solar arrays to mimic how the sun would affect a device.
  • Testing the temperature. Infinita lab has a wide variety of temperature chambers in different sizes. Temperature testing can be accommodated in addition to vibration testing.
  • test for thermal shock. We model the consequences of abrupt temperature changes using numerous thermal shock chambers.
  • Tests for wind and rain. Our wind and rain machine has a top speed of over 100 mph.

Infinita Lab includes the majority of commercial and military standards in addition to specialized test programs. If a test plan already exists, our climatic specialists can take it and modify the test setting accordingly. Our staff keeps in close contact with our clients throughout testing. We recognize the value of communication. Our team offers engineering support if the device being tested has problems while being tested. A formal test report is promptly sent after the testing is finished.

Our technical and climatic skills are available on this webpage. AREMA, CENELEC, EN 61373, IEC, IP Code, ISTA, MIL-STD 202, MIL-STD 750, MIL-STD 810, MIL-STD 883, and RTCA-DO 160 are a few of the most well-known standards.

The climate lab is continually growing as new tools are added. A list of several of our climatic test tools is provided below.

Environmental chamber with humidity and temperature that is accessible. The interior measures 12′ broad by 15′ deep by 10′ tall, with a door that is 9′ tall by 8′ wide.

The ambient chamber is accessible and has a temperature range of -70 to +100°C. The inside measures 5′ broad by 7′ deep by 7’10” high. For quick temperature changes, 30 hp compressors are used to cool the chamber.

  • There are four reach-in environmental compartments, four of which can handle humidity.
  • Thermal shock chambers in multiples.
  • There are several altitude chambers, one of which may offer temperature over height.
  • Several salt fog chambers, one of which measures about 8′ x 4′ x 4′ inside,
  • A wind-powered rainmaker with a wind turbine capable of 160 mph winds
  • A drip pan that complies with MIL-STD-810 Drip Testing requirements
  • All required IP Coding hardware This consists of a sizable dust chamber, steam jet, spray booths, immersion tanks, and spray nozzles.
