Vacuum Calibration

global foundries amd

Vacuum calibration is done to make sure that the devices are measuring vacuum pressure accurately. Regular calibration will assure repeated accuracy by comparing the measurement the instrument produces with that of standard or permissible tolerances, as is customary with any measuring device. The equipment is adjusted as necessary to keep the measurement within tolerance.

Barometer, Vacuum Gauge Calculation and calibration.

Infinita lab offers vacuum calibration services. While doing transducer calibration, barometer calibration, and vacuum gauge calibration for absolute pressure, atmospheric pressure, and gauge pressure devices, our highly experienced professionals are incredibly efficient and dependable.

Capabilities of vacuum calibration

  • Calibration of aneroid vacuum gauges (0-30′′ Hg; 2% to 0.1%)
  • Gage the Pressure of the Atmosphere
  • Calibration of the vacuum transducer (to less than 0.1%)

For each certified item, vacuum calibration customers receive a thorough Calibration Certificate that includes “as received” data, the full calibration results, details on any adjustments or repairs done during calibration, and NIST traceability.

Vacancy calibration procedure

The examination is carried out and the findings of the vacuum calibration are recorded using computerised pressure modules with negative pressure capabilities. Instruments are tested three times at full capacity before the process starts to ensure they are in good operating order.

Each pressure point examined and its results from the equipment being calibrated are compared to recognised standards set throughout the vacuum calibration process. This shows any departure from the norm. Every 20% of capacity, instruments typically undergo a 5-point vacuum calibration that includes comparisons to the standard. Every 10% of capacity will have 10 inspection points for calibration with improved accuracy.
