When a building material is exposed to 750oC, an ISO 1182 (ASTM E136 Method B) testing expert can determine whether the product is classified as A1 or A2. A1 products are completely non-combustible, whereas A2 building products have a low combustibility.

To conduct the test, one of our professionals places the product test specimen in a 750°C furnace. The professional then determines the level of non-combustibility by measuring potential combustion and flame duration after exposure.
